Pen-elite Academy was founded by two professionals, Mr. John Njoroge Kamau and Mrs. Loise Wanjiru Njoroge. Mr. John Njoroge has a very wide experience in educational matter, having been a teacher for 31 years.

Mrs. Loise Njoroge also has a wide experience in school management after being a school manager for 20 years. The school started from a very humble ground to the heights it has grown to today. It is with this prized professionalism that the school has soared to national and international levels.

The objective of starting the school was to help the young people, boys and girls, to achieve the following:

Quality education which will be acceptable all over the world.
Have reverence for our God as He is the foundation of knowledge and wisdom.
To have discipline and also to be morally upright so that they can interact well with the other people all over the world.
